Students in Culinary I have been learning the names and functions of 50 different kitchen tools. To help them, Culinary II-III students have been organizing the equipment in drawers and cupboards so they’re easy to find. The Culinary I students follow a list to locate everything from measuring spoons to sauce pans and pastry blenders to muffin tins. There’s a lot to remember!
