On October 11, Culinary II-lll students worked hard in the Bistro. They served lunch to students who were selected by teachers for student of the month. Dylan Canfield was our first host for the year! Leticia Contreras, Stephanie Keller, and Josue Garcia served our fellow guests. Mariah Harman was our lead organizer at setting up our bistro. This month we served House Salad, Lasagna, Garlic Parmesan Bread, and our new Chaparral Sheet Cake! We hope our students and administrators enjoyed October’s student of the month luncheon at our Bistro!

  1. Thanks for all the hard work! Culinary II-III classes at Chaparral rock! I’m so proud of the job you all did on your first Bistro luncheon of the year. The Front of the House (FOH) crew was very professional and everyone was happy with the food. Thanks for the good clean up job too. We’re off to a great start!

  2. It was so fun to be the leader during the setup of the culinary bistro! As a senior at Chaparral High school and hopefully pursuing a career in culinary setting up the bistro for our first luncheon was important to me, and my team was so helpful and fun to set up with!

  3. Our first luncheon was such a successful day. We had everything ready and prepared. Our front of the house and back of the house did an amazing job. The food was delicious and the dessert was amazing!
